Welcome to the Outlaw DIY Project — where flavour, flexibility and freedom meet.
Outlaw Long-Fill Concentrates are designed to put you in control of your vape. Each 30 ml bottle contains pure Manabush flavour and is clearly marked with approximate fill guides to help you add your VG, PG and nicotine in whatever ratio or strength you prefer.
Those guides on the labels are handy if you’re in a pinch, but for the best accuracy we recommend using scales or syringes when you mix.
We also provide Vegetable Glycerin (VG) and Propylene Glycol (PG) in 120ml bottles that will last mixing a good few of our 30ml Concentrates.
Whether you’re an experienced DIYer or trying it for the first time, Outlaw makes it simple, cost-effective and entirely your own.
We’ve also created a dedicated Outlaw Usage & Mixing Calculator page to guide you through the process step-by-step — helping you get perfect results every time.
Choose your flavour, mix your way, and stay independent. Ride with the Outlaw.

| 6 mg/ml | 1 × 50/50 nic shot (10 ml) + 10 ml VG |
| 12 mg/ml | 1 × 50/50 nic shot (10 ml) + 1 × 100 VG nic shot (10 ml) |
| 18 mg/ml | 7.5 ml of 72 mg base nic + 2.5 ml VG + 10 ml concentrate |
These are approximate mixes based on 50/50 18 mg nic shots and PG-based concentrate. For precise calculations or alternate strengths, use the Outlaw Mixing Calculator. Fill guides on the bottle will help, but for best accuracy use scales or syringes.
Adding Nic Shots or Base to the Outlaw DIY Range
The Outlaw DIY Range uses "Torpedo" bottlea. These bottles are 120ml and have space in the bottle for two nic shots - below is how to use them to add your nic shots. NOTE : these nibs unscrew - not flip up.
Step 1: Locate the screw top of the Bottle
The Nib of the Bottle has a screw-in top to make it easier for you to add your nic shots. Unscrew the cap of the shortfill bottle and look for the Knurled edge on the base of the nib.
Step 2: Unscrew the top!
Once you have located the knurled section simply unscrew the top from the bottle - revealing an aperture for you to squeeze your nic shot e-liquid into.
Step 3: Fill up with your nic shots!
Remove the screw top cap of your nic shot bottle and locate the nib of the nic shot into the aperture on the shortfill bottle, squeeze all that e-liquid into the big bottle, replace nib and cap and shake thoroughly.
Propylene Glycol (PG) – 120 ml Bottle
What it is:
Propylene Glycol (PG) is the thinner, flavour-carrying component of your e-liquid. It delivers a sharper throat hit and helps spread flavour evenly throughout your mix. Our PG is pharmaceutical-grade and perfect for use with Outlaw DIY concentrates or any home-mixing project.
What it does:
- Enhances flavour intensity
- Adds throat hit
- Thins VG-heavy liquids for better wicking
How far 120 ml goes (approx.)
Based on 30 ml Outlaw DIY bottles at a 50/50 final mix:
| Final Strength | PG Used per 30 ml | ≈ Bottles from 120 ml |
|---|---|---|
| 3 mg/ml | 2.5 ml | 48 |
| 6 mg/ml | 0 ml | – |
| 12 mg/ml | 0 ml | – |
| 18 mg/ml | 2.5 ml | 48 |
Figures are approximate and assume PG-based flavour concentrate and 50/50 nic shots.
Vegetable Glycerine (VG) – 120 ml Bottle
What it is:
Vegetable Glycerine (VG) is the thicker, smoother base liquid that creates dense vapour and softens the throat hit. Our VG is high-purity, UK-sourced and ideal for Outlaw DIY or any e-liquid mixing.
What it does:
- Produces vapour and smoothness
- Softens the hit of higher-nic blends
- Balances PG for a 50/50 or VG-heavy mix
