Definitions

Contract means: The contract between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions.
Goods means: The articles that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller. Seller, I, We, Manabush means: Manabush Ltd.
Buyer means: The Customer who places an order, via the website or by telephone.
Terms and Conditions means: The terms and conditions of sale set out in this agreement.

Ordering

All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

Age of Consent

Goods may only be purchased by persons over the age of 18

Product Safety and use

The products sold on our site are not intended for smoking cessation or as a cure to nicotine addiction. Nicotine is a poison and is addictive and harmful to your health. If you suffer from any sort of nicotine addiction or dependency you should consult your GP. Manabush is not responsible in any way for the outcome of using our products. They are used at your own risk.

Privacy policy

We will not share your personal information with any third parties and will take every reasonable precaution to protect said information. Please see our privacy policy page for further information.

Delivery

We take no liability for any items lost or damaged in the post unless insured. The customer is always responsible for any customs or import charges when ordering from outside the UK. If an item is returned to us by your local customs we will attempt redelivery. If an item is seized by your local customs it will be your responsibility. Please see your 'Delivery and Returns' section.

Right of seller

The Seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order at their discretion.

Returns

Because of the cleanliness required to produce a high quality e-liquid and the consumable nature of this product, we cannot accept returns and refunds for e-liquid to protect ourselves and our consumers from possible cross contamination with other substances. We advise that if you wish to trial our flavours before buying bigger bottles you use the contact button on the site to send a request for a 10ml tester bottle. these are charged at 4.99 plus Postage and Packing.

If an item is damaged in the post you have 7 days to provide photographic proof of damage to Manabush

Warranty

Warranties on items such as cartomisers are “dead on arrival”. Due to the disposable nature of these items and we do not offer a warranty on these items. You must inform us within 7 working days if you have received faulty item. If a refund is required the product must be returned in an unused state and any seals must be intact. We offer a 28 day replacement warranty on other items such as batteries chargers and mod units. Any replacement parts are warranted from the date of delivery of the original order.

Limitation of liability

Manabush accepts no liability and will not be responsible for any loss, claims, damage, injuries, expense or suffering incurred as a result of any product or services provided by Manabush.

Changes To Terms

Manabush is entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.

International Shipping & Restricted Destinations Policy

We sell and supply e-liquid and vaping-related products in accordance with applicable UK law. Due to significant variation in international regulations governing the sale, importation, and possession of e-liquid and vaping products, we do not ship to certain destinations.

Orders will only be accepted and fulfilled for delivery to countries where the importation of e-liquid and vaping products is lawful and permitted for retail sale without the need for local licensing, medical prescription, or additional regulatory approvals.

We do not ship e-liquid, nicotine-containing products, or vaping products to countries or territories where such products are prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful to import. This includes, but is not limited to, the following destinations:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal to import, possess, and use in the destination country. We do not provide advice on local regulations outside the United Kingdom.

Any order placed for delivery to a restricted destination will be cancelled and refunded, excluding any non-recoverable payment processing fees, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order where we believe shipment may breach applicable laws, carrier terms, or payment provider policies.

Compliance & Payment Provider Requirements

We operate our website and payment systems in accordance with the terms and conditions of our payment providers. As such, shipping restrictions may be imposed or amended in order to remain compliant with payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
